Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Nicholas, who treated us to a delightful glass of Prosecco, setting a pleasant tone for our stay. The hotel features a range of well-designed rooms, including my personal favorite, the Library, offering breathtaking views of Newquay and the bay. While the decor is eclectic, it remains comfortable and inviting, ensuring a relaxing stay. Fresh milk and delightful treats like tic tacs were thoughtfully left at our door daily, highlighting the hotel’s attention to detail. Morning breakfasts were a true highlight, showcasing a creative menu with delicious offerings such as omelettes and smoked salmon bagels, served with personable care by the friendly staff member, Yo. Ultimately, the White stands out for its artistry and welcoming environment, proving a thoughtful choice that marries elegance with prudent costs, perfect for anyone wishing to immerse themselves in the beauty of the coastal setting.
